Dujardin Design Associates, Inc. (DDA) is a full-service Interior and Sustainable Design Consulting firm based in Westport, Connecticut and Nantucket, Massachusetts. The firm works to develop designs for residential and commercial use that will offer both healthy and beautiful habitation. DDA's work is known for its beauty, quality, clarity and sustainability. DDA works closely with each client to understand specific needs in all aspects of the design process including scope of job, budget considerations, lifestyle, health issues and environmental impact. With nearly twenty years of achievement in presenting sustainable design solutions to its clients, Dujardin Design Associates offers an innovative approach to the creation and development of each new project. Trudy Dujardin, ASID, is known for her work in the field of sustainable design as well as her skill and passion for interior design. Because of her own recovery from multiple chemical sensitivities and environmental illness, Trudy brings a uniquely personal side to the equation of "green" design. As an active member of the ASID's Sustainable Design Board, Trudy works to educate both the public and the design profession about sustainable issues. Trudy is also a Board Member of the Joslyn Castle Institute for Sustainable Communities and a member of the Design Futures Council.
